Refund policy
14 days, in full, for any reason
If Lisavel is not what you needed, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we refund the whole amount.

How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, within 14 days of the purchase date on your Paddle receipt. You do not have to give a reason. We confirm within two business days and Paddle returns the payment to your original payment method; banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
What is refunded
The full price you paid, including the tax Paddle collected. There are no partial refunds and no fees.
After a refund
Your report link stops working and your answers are deleted within 30 days, as the privacy policy says. Anything you already downloaded is yours to keep.
After 14 days
We do not refund after the 14-day window, except where the product was unavailable for an extended period during your cycle; write to us and we will sort it out.
